About us

Made for life with pets

Sophie's Pet Shop is a small, US-based online store for dog and cat owners. We started it because the everyday things our pets use kept letting us down, and because we wanted pieces that look as good in the living room as they work on the trail.

How we choose

Every product has to pass three plain questions. Is it comfortable for the animal? Is it easy to keep clean? Would we be happy to leave it out in our own home? If the answer to any of them is no, it does not make the shop.

Our promise

Free shipping on every US order, 30 days to return anything that is not right, and real people behind the inbox. Email info@sophiepetshop.com and we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (EST).
