4. Prices and Billing. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price at the time of order, as shown in your confirmation. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property. All content on our website is owned by PET'S AMORE LLC or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
